If you prefer to use your own number, you must first unlink it from any WhatsApp installation on your phone. Only then can we link it with the AI. In other words, the same number cannot be used simultaneously for personal use and for automatic AI responses. If you do not have an exclusive number for this purpose, we will provide you with a new one without any problem.

  • What do I need to register for the WhatsApp support service?

    META, the company that owns WhatsApp, is very strict in controlling SPAM on its platform. For this reason, it requires that the phone number to be used is registered in advance in their system. We take care of this registration. This service is available exclusively for companies, so you will need to present the corresponding documentation for the company's tax ID (NIF or CIF).
